How to Participate in Person in Cambodia

This page is created exclusively for participants who wish to travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and physically participate in the IAWC 2026 Global Wellness Summit and associated academic activities.

Please note that there are two separate processes:

Step 1: Submit Your Paper/Proposal and Register with IAWC

If you wish to present a paper/proposal at the Summit, you must first complete the submission directly through the official IAWC submission process.

The official IAWC process covers matters relating to paper/proposal submission, acceptance, presentation and Summit registration.

Step 2: Book Your Cambodia Physical Participation Package with SUSTERA

Once you decide to travel to Cambodia, you can register separately with SUSTERA Research & Innovation Center Co. Ltd., Cambodia for the 6-Night / 7-Day Cambodia Physical Participation & Academic Experience Package, from 4–10 October 2026.

Twin Sharing: USD 599 per participant
Single / Non-Sharing: USD 699 per participant

The SUSTERA package includes accommodation for 6 nights, two meals daily, local coordination and planned academic visits to Westbridge International School, Phnom Penh (K–6) and Paragon International University during the stay.

Please Do Not Confuse the Two Registrations

IAWC registration/submission and SUSTERA registration are separate.

IAWC handles your paper/proposal submission, acceptance, presentation and official Summit registration.

SUSTERA handles your Cambodia stay and Physical Participation & Academic Experience Package.

Therefore, payment to SUSTERA does not constitute paper submission or official registration for the IAWC Summit, and submitting a paper to IAWC does not automatically reserve your accommodation/package with SUSTERA.

If you are travelling to Cambodia as a non-presenting physical participant, please complete the applicable official Summit registration with IAWC and separately reserve your Cambodia package with SUSTERA. The deadline mentioned for this activity applies only to the Residency Option. Online registration will continue according to the schedule and information provided on the IAWC website.
